The anatomical shape of the outer shell of the Arai offers a more natural look, provides greater firmness and conforms better to the natural shape of the head for increased comfort and fit and to minimize air turbulence.
Thatround shape of the shellThat characterizes all its helmets. A fully rounded shape means that, in the event of a fall, the helmet will roll in a stable manner, always gliding over the asphalt and avoiding bumps and sudden movements resulting from any irregularity in the shell.

The meticulous treatment of the hulls Arai and its unquestionable quality begins with the first piece of its manufacture and is completed in the last one. A whole processHandmadeThat turns each of its helmets into a piece of goldsmith work.It takes almost 20 hours to produce each of these hulls.
The diffusers, easy to clean, generate an intense vacuum by Venturi effect at the rear. The double inlet allows greater airflow and lower noise level. Air inlet under the visor captures fresh air and directs it into the helmet. Chin vent with locking system controls airflow to the chin area. Inner chin vent shutter prevents dust from entering the helmet when riding in dusty environments. Front ventilation, lower side vents and air outlet at the neck.
The visor of Arai collects air and forces it into the front ventilation ports to provide cooling, while using multiple discharge ports to reduce "lift" at high speeds.
Complex Fibre Laminate (CFL) employs special fibre layers bonded by unique resins formulated by Arai, producing an extremely high fibre to low resin ratio. This carefully managed construction delivers strength, structural integrity and impact flexibility which allows the rounded outer shell to do its main job - deflect, absorb and disperse impact energy over the widest possible area.
The three-position chin bar ventilation facilitates the elimination of visor fogging and provides the rider with fresh, renewed air.
The opening/closing system of the chin air intake is azionabile from the inside to prevent the entry of detritus or dust inside the helmet.to improve the extraction of hot air from the inside. Increases the ventilation effect in the lower part of the helmet.generates a huge vacuum by Venturi effect in the back. Can be easily removed (for cleaning) or replaced.
Helps minimize wind noise and also facilitates the removal of hot air from the face area. Provides additional ability to deflect projected road materials away from the neck area.
Visior: Pinlock insertion lens
Effectively prevents the visor from fogging or misting, even in extreme humidity. Easy to clean and replace.
Interior: Dry-Cool® lining.The Dry-Cool® material of Arai transfers heat and moisture to the outside quickly and efficiently.
Depending on the model, the cheek pads, earmuffs or even the entire interior can be easily disassembled. All parts (replaceable or not) can be cleaned with warm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, the helmet should be thoroughly rinsed and should never be left to dry in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Interior parts are available in different thicknesses and sizes to accommodate each rider.
Inside: FCS (Facial Contour System)
The FCS system, designed to offer an even tighter fit and improve comfort under the chin, works by means of a foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds, providing the necessary support without excess pressure.
