Climate regulation

Ventilation: Equipped with REV'IT' s patented VCS AQUADEFENSE ventilation system ! It is easy to regulate body temperature, even while riding. If necessary, flap openings on the chest and thighs allow air to flow through the three-dimensional BALLISTIC MESH fabric. The flaps remain open thanks to the FIDLOCK magnetic closure.

On the jacket, the VCS (Ventilation Control System) front ventilation provides a large 3 cm wide BALLISTIC MESH opening and allows air to flow over the entire upper body. With its double zipper, the mesh panel can be quickly closed when it is cold or raining. Waterproofing is guaranteed by the jacket's main zipper, an original TIZIP zipper.

To maximize airflow throughout the suit, additional vents are located on the upper arms, forearms, back and front and back of the legs.

Inner lining: Both the pants and jacket come with a removable mid-layer. This allows the suit to be used in a wide range of temperatures. The removable inner jacket is a functional windproof thermal jacket that can be used as a casual jacket. It has two side pockets and a chest pocket.

Water resistance

Waterproof membrane: The Compañero Rambler PRO is a fully waterproof and breathable all-season adventure suit made of the highest quality 3-layer Gore-Tex Pro laminate. The membrane is laminated between the durable outer layer and a robust inner material. For ultimate waterproofing, the membrane has a water column of an incredible 28,000 millimeters, which prevents the material from soaking through. Water remains exclusively on the surface. This speeds drying, reduces unwanted evaporative cooling and allows water droplets to be carried away by the wind.

Storm collar: The removable storm collar is always at hand in case of bad weather conditions. Thanks to the 3-layer Gore-Tex Pro laminate, it is, like the jacket to which it zippers, waterproof and windproof. The neoprene collar edge makes it soft against the skin and the magnetic closure ensures the easiest fit and handling. It can be operated with one hand, even while riding.

Ergonomics and fit

Comfortable cut: the entire suit offers plenty of freedom of movement and meets the requirements of AAA testing for protective clothing. This will keep you fit and, above all, focused while riding. The sporty cut is complemented by elastic zones at the knees, waist and buttocks. This ensures a comfortable feel and greater freedom of movement and thus further increases riding comfort. The various adjustment straps can be individually adjusted at the right places for the waist, back, calves and forearms. They are easy to set up and easy to release.

Details: Thoughtful details on this jacket, such as zippers on the sleeves, make it easy to put on and take off the jacket. Zippers on the side hem of the jacket allow for maximum freedom of movement and comfort when sitting on the bike. The jacket can be attached to the pants with a large zipper. A smaller zipper in the lumbar area of the pants allows the attachment of suspenders. The integrated, removable kidney belt stabilizes and supports the lower back, can be removed when not in use and is stored out of sight in the jacket lining. Additional detail: there is a small zippered pocket on the belt for safe storage of credit cards or cash.

Security

AAA Certification: To achieve the highest safety standard in motorcycle clothing, our partner REV'IT! developed a unique construction using technologies such as PWR Shield. This is a special fabric technique that significantly improves the abrasion and impact resistance of the suit. The seams also play an important role in the durability of motorcycle clothing in the event of a fall. They are therefore also part of the test.

Areas that are particularly affected in the event of a fall are reinforced with ARMACOR material, an extremely tear- and abrasion-resistant synthetic fiber material from GORE, reinforced with KEVLAR threads. The elastic inserts are also equipped with a large amount of KEVLAR, which also protects the rider in these flexible areas.

Protectors: The complete set of Rambler Pro protectors consists of back, shoulder, elbow, hip and knee protectors. All protectors are tested and certified. To ensure your individual protection, the height of the elbow and knee protectors can be adjusted to fit perfectly even when the ventilation openings are fully open. The back protector is housed in an open-pore 3D mesh pocket. This improves water vapor evacuation and thus also breathability and ventilation.
