what is the deadline for requesting a size exchange?
You can return or exchange your size during the following 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
when can I request a size exchange?
You can request a size exchange as long as you meet the following conditions:
- The products subject only to these conditions are: gloves, helmets, jackets, pants and footwear.
- The product does not show signs of having been used, such as stains, wear or odors.
- That it keeps the labels attached to the product as they were sent, as well as the seals.
- That it keeps its original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition.
- In the case of motorcycle helmets, the protective film of the screen must also be kept.
- In the case of having purchased the product in any of our physical stores, you must keep and present the invoice or the purchase receipt, and the credit card payment slip if this was the payment method used.
Which products do not admit size exchange:
Undergarments that are in contact with the skin, such as T-shirts or undershirts of any kind.
If any of these conditions are not met MotoCenter Company reserves the right not to accept the size change or, in the case of doing so, apply a cost in terms of devaluation of the returned product.
Size exchange conditions
The first size exchange at MotoCenter Company in mainland Spain is free of charge for products costing more than 99€. We put at your disposal our transport service. The customer must bring the product to the selected point from your email, and we will send the product with the new size at no additional cost. The free size change will not be applicable for shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Portugal or other countries.
The free shipping promotion is applicable for a first size exchange under the conditions described above. If you decide to make a second size change, or a first change that does not meet the requirements of the promotion, the management costs will be 9 € for mainland Spain. The free size exchange promotion excludes changes of color, model or other variants that the product may have.
All size changes in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Portugal or the rest of the world, the shipping of the product to our facilities will be made on behalf of the customer also in the costs incurred by customs clearance, if any.
The free size exchange is exclusively applicable to motorcyclist products, i.e. gloves, helmets, jackets, pants and footwear.
The size exchange is subject to the availability of the product for all purposes. In case Motocenter does not have the new size requested in its warehouses, it will request it to the manufacturer. In these cases, the shipment of the new size is subject to the date of shipment of the manufacturer. If the customer decides not to wait for the new size, it will be considered a return.
The changes of size of products in liquidation will only be possible in case of availability of the products in the Motocenter stores. In case of not having the product in stock, it will be treated as a withdrawal of purchase, and therefore will be subject to the conditions of return reflected in our terms and conditions.
how should I wrap a product to make a size exchange?
- The product must be wrapped in its original packaging, making sure to pack it in the same way you received it, to ensure that it is not damaged in transit.
- It is very important that you do not put any duct tape/cello on the product packaging. Wrap the item first in the same conditions in which it was sent by Motocenter Company.
If the product arrives in conditions contrary to the indicated, Motocenter Company will be able to refuse to carry out the change of size. The client would assume the cost of the postage in case of having to return the product for being in bad conditions.
when will I receive the new size?
MotoCenter Company will process the size change when the product sent by the customer arrives at our warehouse and it is verified that it is in perfect condition for sale to another customer.
how do I process a size change?
Fill in the request form below. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to send your product to the collection point of your choice.
If you decide to take the product to a collection point by your own means, you must do so without any undue delay and having completed the instructions provided in the size change email.
In the changes of size of orders to the Canary Islands, Andorra and Portugal, you must return or deliver the goods directly to us with your own means to Motocenter Company (Av. Hospital 10, 03550 San Juan de Alicante, Alicante).
