SCHUBERTH E2 Trail Modular Helmet

The SCHUBERTH E2 Trail is an Adventure modular helmet developed for riders who alternate between highway touring, trail rides, and off-road riding. Built on the touring platform of the SCHUBERTH C5, the E2 combines a flip-up chin bar, an adjustable Adventure peak, a wide-field-of-view visor, and an advanced ventilation system—all with the safety of ECE 22.06 P/J certification.

ECE 22.06 P/J Homologation

The E2 features dual P/J homologation, certifying it for legal use both with the chin bar closed (full-face configuration) and open (jet configuration). Furthermore, it complies with the ECE-R 22.06 standard, offering a highly versatile solution for Adventure and touring travel.

Carbon-Reinforced DFP Shell

The outer shell is manufactured using SCHUBERTH Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) technology. This process combines fiberglass with a special resin, which is then vacuum-compressed under high pressure. The structure is reinforced with carbon fiber to enhance impact absorption while keeping the overall weight low.

Adjustable and Removable Adventure Peak

One of the defining elements of the E2 is its off-road style peak, specifically designed for versatility on and off the pavement. It can be adjusted in three different positions and features a memory function. It can also be easily removed when a more road-oriented setup is preferred.

Optimized Ventilation

The SCHUBERTH E2 incorporates a dual air intake on the chin guard, including an interchangeable filter that is particularly useful when riding in dusty environments. The top ventilation and rear spoiler promote air circulation and heat extraction from the interior, enhancing comfort during demanding routes and long journeys.

Visor with Included Pinlock 120 XLT

The visor provides a wide field of view and features a patented mechanism with a memory function, which maintains its position when the chin bar is opened or closed. The helmet includes a Pinlock 120 XLT anti-fog lens as standard, ideal for maintaining clear visibility in cold, rainy, or high-humidity conditions.

Integrated Sun Visor

The internal sun visor allows quick adaptation to changing light conditions while riding without needing to change the main visor. The V-Lock system ensures smooth operation and, along with the City position mechanism, enhances the helmet's versatility across different riding environments.

SCHUBERTH Individual Interior

The E2 features seamless inner padding certified under OEKO-TEX Standard 100, engineered to deliver high levels of comfort. Additionally, it is compatible with the SCHUBERTH Individual Program, allowing specific pads to be customized to better suit different head shapes.

Intercom-Ready System

The helmet comes factory pre-installed with speakers as well as Mesh, Bluetooth, and FM antennas. This allows for seamless installation of a compatible communication system without complex internal adjustments. SCHUBERTH indicates compatibility with the SC2, SC2 Standard, and SC EDGE systems (sold separately).
