A small and insignificant valve on the cardan shaft provides the necessary ventilation and pressure compensation inside the housing. If the air bleed valve is submerged, it is possible that moisture gets into the cardan shaft. The problem is that the submerged air bleed valve can damage the transmission.The solution to the problem: Move the cardan-ventilation to a safe position.
