Our Zega Evo Two Helmet Topcase has a natural aluminum, anodized And-S and And-Black variant, following the same pattern as the Zega Evo cases. Of course, in this motorcycle topcase you will also find our well-established plastic corners, fastening eyelets on the lid and the characteristic ZEGA Evo hooks on the lid that allow you to equip your new two helmet topcase individually.
The strength of aluminum cases is already legendary. Tested under the most extreme conditions, the cases of Touratech are without a doubt, the cases designed for adventure, but not only.

With the ZEGA EVO XXL motorcycle top case, Touratech solves the problem of storage space on your motorcycle. This light and bulky case is now easily accessible, allowing you to store your luggage quickly and safely.

Equipped with a quick release, the sturdy XXL Topcase is suitable for a wide variety of adventure bikes. With attractive aesthetics and a compact shape, Touratech launches a version of the well-known Zega EVO but with a capacity for two helmets. But not just any two helmets, but full-face helmets, large helmets and even trail helmets with visors. Open the lid, put in the luggage, close the lid - everything is securely packed, out of sight and kept dry.

Unlike other cases on the market, Touratech cases feature a solid 3-part construction that makes up the entire case. The lid, the base, the walls, which are joined together by rivets and a seal to make them absolutely watertight. The absolute tightness is no longer a problem when going up or down mountain passes with differences in atmospheric pressure, which could make it impossible to open the lid of the case, due to the safety valve built into the case to equalize the internal and external pressure.
The plastic corners are attached to the outside of the case, it is not a structural part, and its function, apart from aesthetics, is to protect in case of a fall.

The ZEGA Topcase XXL is available in three surface versions: natural aluminum, anodized and black anodized.

The Zega Evo motorcycle topcase for two helmets is available in different finishes. One of them is the natural aluminum finish, i.e. untreated aluminum. Touratech also offers silver anodized and black anodized versions. The anodized treatment is an electrochemical process that prevents oxidation of the aluminum. Thus we will not have the ugly gray spots that can occur in aluminum as a result of oxidation. To this process, additives are added to color the material. Therefore, it is not a matter of painting the material, but of changing its color. And hence the case does not suffer the small scratches that we often see in other aluminum cases on the market.

Two adventure helmets can be stowed in it as easily as a complete team. Sleeping bags, thermal mats and other camping gear also disappear into this stable case, and are on hand in seconds when needed, dry and clean. With dimensions of 32 x 60 x 40 centimeters, practically identical to other cases on the market, it makes full use of all useful case space due to its construction

Proven ZEGA quality

Like all other products in the ZEGA range, the Topcase XXL features the best materials and careful workmanship. Made of 1.5-millimeter-thick aluminum sheet, this topcase is equipped with robust protective corners made of impact-resistant plastic. High-quality profiles between the lid and the body not only ensure watertightness, but also provide additional rigidity. Lid grommets allow more luggage to be attached to the lid, while internal luggage hooks help keep things tidy inside.

Comfortable and safe handling!

Thanks to the ten thousand times tested "Rapid Trap" quick release, the ZEGA Topcase XXL can be removed from the bike at lightning speed without opening the lid. Two solid carrying handles on the sides ensure easy handling. The topcase can be securely locked with an optional lock set. With the quick release system with Rapid Trap, the topcase can be put on or taken off instantly by simply turning the lever and sliding it towards the rear of the motorcycle.

Double-locking security

You'll love the easy-to-use latches that provide smooth lid closure with a positive locking action. The latches are forged for strength and can be further secured with our additional locks (not included)

Waterproof

Absolutely watertight, guaranteed by its own construction, the lid has a heavy-duty aluminum rim with an integrated silicone seal that makes the closure completely watertight.

Storage lid

Additional storage on top of the lid is made easy with forged aluminum tie-down loops at all four corners of the lid.

Two ergonomic handles

Carrying the topcase is easy with an ergonomic handle placed on both sides of the case.
