Revit Dirt 3 Gloves

The Dirt 3 gloves are created to meet the serious demands of touring and adventure riders around the world. Revit has made sure that they show a perfect balance between protection and ventilation, whether you're on the road or on the trail.

In terms of protection, these gloves keep your hands well armed thanks to the inclusion of a TPR hard knuckle, a TPR palm slider, TPR knuckles on the fingers, PWR shield fabric on the palm, plus Temperfoam® knuckles on the fingers and thumb and more Temperfoam® under the knuckles. There are also ventilation panels on the fingers, thumb and back of the hand.

Plus, to keep it all functional, there's also a connecting finger, a feature that allows the wearer to operate GPS screens or smartphones without having to remove the gloves. And to make sure the fit is perfect, there's another bonus: an adjustment strap on the cuff for added comfort.

Outer Layer

✓ Bomber-dyed goatskin. Tanned leather made from goatskin is considered extremely tough and durable, and is often used in the construction of gloves and other garments that require flexibility and a soft feel.

✓ Polyurethane flocked. Flocking is the process of adhering small monofilament fibers, through an electrostatic field, onto a surface previously coated with an adhesive. Such a process creates a velvety texture that collects water.

✓ Corduroy.

✓3 D ventilation grid. This knitted fabric has an open, three-dimensional structure that ensures good ventilation while riding. The 3D ventilation grid proves indispensable for long-distance routers.

✓S mart fingertip knit. You no longer have to take off your gloves to answer your phone or use your navigation system. This smart fabric has been specifically designed for use with touch screens.

✓ Fabric with polyurethane coating.

Protection

✓ PWR shield. PWR shield is made using a unique knitting technique that results in a fabric with unmatched abrasion, tear and cut resistance. This product is equipped with PWR shield on the palm for increased safety in case the hand comes into contact with asphalt.

✓ TPR slider on palm.

✓ Temperfoam® (solid and perforated) finger knuckles. Contoured foam is used in areas where mobility and comfort are a must, such as the finger knuckles.

✓ Temperfoam® underneath the knuckles.

✓ TPE protections on the phalanges.

✓ Rigid TPE knuckles. These knuckle guards are made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), also known as thermoplastic rubber. TPE combines the ease of processing of plastics with the longevity and strength of rubbers, while making a lighter, more moldable material. TPE offers excellent resistance to tearing and flex fatigue, making it an ideal protection material for stiff knuckles.
